Enhancement and Changes

Please note the following changes will be effective October 21, 2017.

  • Due to recent security enhancements to the back end CRP systems we will no longer be able to display the FSA and HRA Administration reporting links for groups with some of our CDHP products that used product codes of FFSAB, FFSAH, FFSAD and MHRA. Going forward:
    • The FSA Administration link has been removed and no longer accessible.
    • The HRA Administration link will remains, but all HRA Reporting capabilities are removed as this link has been modified to provide benefit, eligibility and claim information only.
    • To request an FSA or HRA report you will need to contact your Gold/Platinum Service Representative.
  • If you do not use the FSA or HRA Administration links to run your CDHP reporting, you are not impacted.
  • Enabled Surefit Enrollment capabilities for groups who have the Surefit products.
    • Current effective groups with the Surefit products can now use CRP to process Eligibility updates. For more information please contact your Cigna Representative
  • Enhanced PCP functionality to capture PCP ID obtained via Cigna Easy Choice Tool

    LDAP Migration Notice

    Cigna Client Resources (CRP), recently upgraded to a new backend User Identification (ID's) authorization system. As a result of the upgrade, all website users with username IDs which start with: PCR, BCR, or CR will need to reset their password before gaining access to the CRP system. If you have reset your password after June 23 you can disregard this message. To reset your password you will need to know the answer to your security question, email address you used to register on the site, and the 4 digit pin number that you provided at the time of username ID setup. Please see password reset instructions below, or click here to download instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance with your security question or 4 digit pin number please contact the Client Resources Helpline M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm (800-866-5544). You may also email questions to clientresources@cigna.com, however due to the sensitive nature of username IDs, security questions and pin numbers cannot be provided via email. We apologize for any inconvenience. Instructions to reset your password:

    • Go to www.CignaClientResources.com
    • Enter your BCR, PCR, CR user id in the Username field
    • Check 'Forgot Password'
    • Click on 'SUBMIT' button
    • On the Reset Password screen type in a new password in the 'New Password' field
    • Re-enter 'New Password'
    • Under the 'Security Question/Answer' section, your pre-selected security question will default- DO NOT CHANGE THE QUESTION
    • Type in your security answer in the 'Security Answer' section
    • Type in your email address in the 'Email Address' section
    • Type in your 4 digit number in the 'Enter Last 4 digits of SSN or PIN Number'
    • Click the 'CONTINUE' button
    • You will then receive a message 'Your request has been processed successfully'
    • Click on the 'RETURN' button
